After the setup
How the support plan works
You pay for the setup once. After that the agent is yours and runs in your own accounts. The support plan is optional: you pay monthly so that someone keeps it working.

Setup only
One-time price
Installation, test on your emails, guide and 30 days of support. After that you run the agent on your own. If something breaks later, a fix is 500 DKK per case (≈ €67).
Option 2
Setup + support plan
+ 750 DKK / month
Starts after the 30 included days. Weekly check, fixes within one working day, up to one hour of small changes and a monthly report. ≈ €101 / month. Stop any time with one month’s notice.
Things around the agent change
Email or sheet connections expire and need a new login. New suppliers or carriers write in a new format or language. Someone adds a column to the sheet. Volume grows past your Make plan. Without support, you have to notice and fix this yourself.
What is included each month
Weekly check for errors and flagged cases. Fixes within one working day. Up to one hour of small changes (a prompt, a new language, a new rule). A short monthly report: emails processed, cases flagged, what was improved. ≈ €101 / month.
No long contract
Every setup includes 30 days of support. After that you choose: continue monthly, or run the agent on your own. You can stop the plan any time with one month’s notice. Without a plan, a fix is 500 DKK per case (≈ €67). Larger changes or new agents get a separate quote.
Support is invoiced monthly through Factofly. You approve each month’s task before the invoice is sent.

Services via Factofly
Setups, pilots and support are invoiced by Factofly, a Danish freelance bureau. You approve the task before work starts. Danish VAT (25%) or EU reverse charge is applied on the invoice, depending on your company and country.
DIY kits via Lemon Squeezy
Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record. It calculates and collects sales tax or VAT for your country at checkout and issues the receipt.
Your own accounts
Agents run in your own Make, email and spreadsheet accounts. Make’s subscription is paid by you directly to Make. Your data stays with you.
No guaranteed results. AI can make mistakes, which is why every agent flags unclear cases and creates drafts instead of sending.
